logistic回归在疾病多指标联合诊断中的应用 被引量:25

摘要 目的利用logistic回归模型和非参数法探讨疾病联合诊断ROC曲线的应用。方法根据资料建立一元和多元logistic回归模型,计算单独诊断和联合诊断ROC曲线下面积。单独诊断可由SAS直接提供logistic回归ROC曲线下面积,联合诊断A法用各指标一元logistic回归预测概率为诊断指标作非参数方法的联合诊断,联合诊断B法用多元logistic回归模型计算个体预测概率P值作诊断指标,用非参数法建立ROC曲线。最后比较各种方法的诊断效果。结果单独诊断时,各时点指标CyC ROC曲线下面积Z分别为0.5746,0.7794,0.7619,0.7968,0.7746,0.7476,0.7651,0.7508,0.7508及总体Z=0.5的假设检验P值分别为0.4514,0.0004,0.0016,0.0005,0.0012,0.0071,0.0051,0.0057,0.0037;联合诊断A(不含before)法比联合诊断B法(不含before)诊断效果要差,其Z分别为0.7480和0.8381,两者均P<0.0001。结论单独诊断能为联合诊断提供一定的应用价值,联合诊断B比联合诊断A诊断价值略高。
