摘要
经过实验发现,米糠浸出液可用作玻纤浸润剂的成膜剂。实验中通过将米糠原料进行糊化和过滤处理,考察了米糠浸出液与进口淀粉成膜剂溶液与玻璃表面皿的成膜性以及对玻纤原丝的浸润情况。通过综合分析,选择了表面张力为38.70mN/m的米糠浸出液为最佳综合性能的浸润剂用成膜剂,经过其浸润后68tex的玻纤的断裂强力可达到4156cN。
It is shown by experiment result that the leaching solution of rice bran by water has the potential to be applied in glass fiber sizing agent as film former.After gelatinization and filtration,the film forming ability on glass surface and the sizing ability on glass fiber of the rice bran leaching solution and the solution of imported starch film former were comparatively studied.The leaching solution with surface tension of 38.70mN/m was considered to be a good film former,which could produce glass fiber yam with high breaking strength (i.e.4156 cN for 68 tex).
