摘要
实验研究了内导流筒式三相好氧生物流化床处理低浓度废水时高分子载体表面生物膜的形成条件以及操作条件对生物膜厚度的影响。实验结果表明 ,在水力停留时间 2 .5~ 3h ,有机容积负荷 6 .0 1~ 7.0 8kgCOD/(m3·d)条件下 ,能培养出稳定的生物膜 ,13d膜厚达 10 0 μm以上 ;当有机容积负荷率为 15kgCOD/(m3·d)时 ,生物膜厚度为140 μm ,此时生物膜活性最好 ,COD去除率最高 ;如果供氧充分 ,有机负荷在 5~ 15kgCOD/(m3·d)时 ,载体表面有稳定的生物膜 ,尽管生物膜厚度不同 ,但COD去除率均在 85
The experiments were conducted in a three phase fluidized bed bioreactor with internal loop to investigate the effects of operation codition on the formation of biofilm on a porous polymer carrier,for treating the wastewater of low condition. The results show that,under the condition of the HRT of 2.5~3 h and the organic volume load rate of 6.01~7.08 kgCOD/(m 3·d),the biofilm begions to form steadily on the carrier surface and reaches more than 100 μm in thickness after 13 days. When the organic volume load rate is 15 kgCOD/(m 3·d) ,the biofilm of 140 μm thick has the best activation and the highest remaval rate of COD.With enough supply of oxygen,the biofilm can form steadily on the carrier surface for the organic volume load rate of 5~15 kgCOD/(m 3·d) and although different in thickness, gives COD removal rate of more than 85%.
