摘要
目的 探讨研究早期针灸治疗配合功能训练对脑卒中患者生存质量的影响.方法 将110例脑卒中患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组55例.对照组给予常规治疗和相关功能训练,观察组在对照组基础上给予早期针灸治疗,治疗时间共1个月,治疗结束时及患者出院后3个月复查时,进行生存质量（SS-QOL）评分比较.结果 两组治疗后SS-QOL评分各方面较治疗前均有明显改善（对照组t=6.009、7.126,观察组t=6.140、7.092,均P＜0.05）；观察组SS-QOL评分改善情况明显优于对照组（t=5.448、7.036,均P＜0.05）.结论 早期针灸治疗配合功能训练可明显提高脑卒中患者日常生存质量,值得在临床中进一步推广使用.
Objective To investigate the effect of early acupuncture intervention combined with functional training on quality of life for patients with stroke.Methods 110 stroke patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,55 cases in each group.The control group received conventional hospital treatment and related functions training,while the observation group was given early acupuncture interventions and related treatment on the basis of the control group.All the patients were treated for 1 month.At the end of treatment and 3 months after discharge,their quality of life score （SS-QOL） were compared.Results The SS-QOL scores showed significant improvement in all aspects than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant（control group t =6.009,7.126,observation group t =6.140,7.092,all P 〈0.05）.The improvement of SS-QOL scores of the observation group was significantly better than the control group （t =5.448,7.036,all P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Early acupuncture intervention combined with functional training can significantly improve the day-to-day quality of life,and it is worth further promoted in clinical.
