摘要
目的探讨珍珠母的镇静催眠作用及其不同炮制品对小鼠5-羟色胺(5-HT)浓度的影响。方法腹腔注射PCPA,观察其对小鼠的催眠作用;ELISA法测定小鼠脑干匀浆液中5-HT的浓度。结果珍珠母的生品、烘烤品和超微粉品均能减少小鼠自主活动的次数,延长小鼠睡眠的时间,能够增加小鼠脑干内5-HT浓度,其中超微粉作用最强。结论珍珠母具有镇静、催眠作用,其作用机制与增加小鼠脑干内5-HT浓度有关。
Objective To analyze the sedative and hypnotic effects of the concha margaritifera and its different processed products on the 5-HT content in the brain of mice. Methods The hypnotic effects were observed in mice with intraperi- toneal injection of PCPA and the content of 5-HT in the homogenate in the brain stems of mice was determined by ELISA. Results Raw concha margaritifera, baked ones and superfine products can reduce the number of locomotor activities in mice and prolong sleep time.It can increase the content of 5-HT in the brain stems of mice. Superfine products have the strongest effect. Conclusion The concha margaritifera can promote sedative and hypnotic effects by increasing the content of 5-HT in the brain stems of mice.
