Thinking about Big Data Analysis of Food Safety

摘要 "大数据"被看作是继云计算、物联网之后,人类历史上又一次深刻的信息技术革命,正引发整个公共卫生领域变革,毋庸置疑食品安全也已进入了大数据时代,主要体现:数据容量大、来源多样、增长速度快、价值密度低却应用价值大。尝试应用大数据相关理论,结合我国食品安全实际情况,探析食品安全大数据技术架构、方法体系及潜在应用价值,为类似研究提供借鉴和参考。 The "Big data" is regarded as a profound revolution in information technology after the cloud computing, internet of things in human history, which has caused the entire public health reform. That is no doubt that the food safety has also entered into the era of big data, such as data volume related food safety is huge, diversity sources, data growth speed, value low density but analysis has great application value. This research tries to use big data related theory, combined with the actual situation of China's food safety, to explore big data technical architecture, method system and the potential application value, which provides reference for the similar research.
