摘要
传统手工订餐方式在营养配餐、订餐管理、绩效管理、食材管理、财务管理等方面存在诸多弊端,已难以适应现代医院精细化管理要求。通过开发基于移动终端的病区营养订餐系统,可以实现了点餐、统计、营养咨询、测评的科学管理,在提高工作效率、改善服务质量、增加财务透明度、提供决策支持、实现多院区的共同管理方面获得较好的应用效果。
The traditional manual order method displayed many disadvantages on nutrition recipe, order management, performance management, food management and finance management, which hardly adapting to the elaborating management requirements of modern hospitals. The ward nutrition order management of our hospital based on mobile terminal under wireless environment realized a kind of scientist management method with order, statistic, nutrition consultation and evaluation functions. And it made a nicer application effect on improving worker effective and service quality, increasing financial transparency, and realizing the common management on multiple campuses.
