摘要
通过力学性能试验及金相组织、断口形貌分析,对5083铝合金焊缝开裂的原因进行分析并制订出预防措施。试验结果表明:母材质量不稳定,造成部分母材及焊接接头熔合线部位在有腐蚀介质的环境下,出现腐蚀现象,产生腐蚀坑;熔合线处腐蚀坑在拉应力作用下发生裂纹,产生非过载的损伤型断口。提高母材质量后,将接头进行焊后去应力处理,未发生腐蚀现象,未发现接头裂纹。
By mechanical testing and microstructure, fracture surface analysis, the weld crack of 5083 alloy was analyzed and the preventive measures were developed. The results show that: under the quality of the base henvironment of the medium, the corrosion phenomenon appears, the corrosion pits can be obtained.The fusion line pits under the action of tensile stress cracking, non-overload damage type fracture produces. The quality of the base material improves, which can fitting the stress treatment after welding, the corrosion phenomenon does not occur and the joints has no crack.
