摘要
本文首先分析了我国面临的严峻的巨灾风险，在此基础上指出我国巨灾保险制度建设的问题，最后给出相应的建议。
This paper analyzes the severe catastrophe risk facing our country, on the basis of our catastrophe insurance system points out the problem, and finally give the appropriate advice.
