摘要
提高期刊编辑的法律意识是办好期刊的重要条件。期刊编辑必须建立和不断完善法律意识 ,以法律为准绳规范自己的行为。明确出版者的基本权利与义务是正确维护出版者权益的必要前提。编辑部及时履行审稿答复义务 ,可以有效地制止“一稿多投”现象。以抄袭剽窃之作骗取出版的 。
To strengthen the legal consciousness of the journal editors is a very important condition of running a journal successfully. The journal editor must establish and improve their legal consciousness incessantly, and regulate their behaviors by laws as a principle. Clarifying the rights and obligations of the publisher is a necessary precondition of safeguarding their rights and interests properly. In order to avoid the phenomena that one contribution is contributed to more than one journals effectively, the editorial department should fulfill its replying obligation in time. The editorial department of journal should hold the contributor responsible for the legal liability for breach of contract, if he cheats his plagiarizing contribution to be published.
