摘要
目的了解新乡地区近6年来无偿单采血小板献血人群的结构及分布特征，为无偿献血招募提供科学依据。方法收集近6年新乡地区无偿单采血小板献血人群的档案信息，对2007～2012年无偿单采血小板献血人群的年龄、性别、学历、职业、献血次数和血型等数据进行统计分析。结果男性献血者显著多于女性，男女性别比接近3：1；献血者中30～49岁献血人次占80．32％；初高中学历人次所占比例分别为36．49％和34．14％，大专及以上献血人次占18．13％；工人、农民和初高中学历是无偿捐献单采血小板的主体人群；献血者中B型〉O型〉A型〉AB型。结论新乡地区无偿捐献单采血小板人群中固定献血者比例较高，高校大学生无偿献血有一定的潜力。有针对性地做好无偿单采血小板献血宣传、招募工作，将不断壮大、稳定无偿单采献血者队伍，保障临床单采血小板的供应与安全。
Objective To understand the structure and distribution of Xinxiang area in the past 6 years unpaid apheresis platelet donors for blood donation, and provide scientific basis . Methods Collect the archives information of the unpaid apheresis platelet donors in recent 6 years in inxiang area ,which is from 2007 - 2012 of unpaid apheresis platelet donors age, gender, education, occupation, times of donation and blood type of data for statistical analysis. Results The male blood donors were significantly more than females, the male to female ratio close to 3：1 ;blood dQnors in 30 ~ 49 years old account for 80.32% ;donors with junior high school certificate account for 36.49% and donors with senior high school certificate account for 34.14% ,college graduated blood donors account for 18.13% ;donors which is the workers,peasants and secondary school education are the primary group ;the blood type of the donors close to B 〉 O 〉 A 〉 AB. Conclusion Donors which has donated many times are the main group , university students are the potential donors. To propagate and recruit the unpaid apheresis platelet donors individually,stable unpaid apheresis donors team to ensure the supply and the safety of clinical apheresis platelets.
