摘要
目的开发深圳市血液中心SZIV5.0输血管理系统新模式,实现成分科血液制备各环节和设备使用过程的原始记录纳入计算机网络管理,提高血站及临床用血单位信息化应用水平。方法对本单位所有部门及科室进行联网,针对各成分制备工作过程,编写计算机软件流程,采用C/S、B/S网络解决方案,使用星形百兆以太网络结构,以Client/Server局域网的组网形式搭建计算机网络管理平台,将血液成分制备过程、设备工作情况等多个环节工作实行信息化联网管理。采用二代身份证阅读器及计算机网络和通信技术,完成无偿献血信息采集工作,建立血站与血站之间、血站与分站之间、血站与用血单位之间的三级临床输血信息网络。结果建立了深圳市血液中心SZIV5.0输血管理系统新模式,实现了血站每份血液各种成分制备的相关数据可溯源;建立了献血者资料自助录入平台并将服务评价纳入献血者服务计算机管理;实现了血站与其全部临床用血单位的计算机联网管理,可实时监控医院血液库存、汇总分析采供血业务数据及查询每种(份)血液制品的去向等。结论目前该系统运行良好,工作效率提高显著、数据溯源时间极速提高,质量安全得到进一步保证,该系统具推广价值。
Information construction is an important task to strengthen the management of blood stations and promote their development. Expands the scope of information management to improve the level of information usage, has always been effective measure to promote quality management of blood stations, to improve Blood Collecting and supplying technology, to ensure blood safety and improve blood donation service. In line with the above concept, on the basis of the original informa- tion management,Shenzhen Blood Center brought the each link of blood preparation and the original records of equipment use into the computer network management, and created a new information management system of Blood Component prepara- tion,which was named SZIV5. 0 ,through which the related data of the preparation of each blood component can be traced back, greatly improve the quality and safety of the preparation of blood composition. We also set up a self-help platform for entering the information of the blood donors and the service evaluation. Moreover,the information system of Shenzhen Blood Center was linked with the computer networking of all hospitals＇ department of blood transfusion, to real-time monitor the blood inventory of each hospital, summarize the data of blood collecting and supplying and query where to go of each blood product,etc. We also introduced the OA （office automation） system, achieved the administration of blood bank information- ally.
