摘要
目的:研究营养支持对有营养风险的老年预定诊断患者的临床结局的影响。方法:选取我院有营养风险老年预定诊断患者,对比营养支持使用/未使用患者临床结局。结果:无营养支持组感染性并发症明显较高,营养出院指数明显较低。差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:营养支持可减少此部分患者住院时间,降低感染性并发症机率。
Objective:To study the effects of nutritional support on nutritional risk in elderly patients of a predetermined outcome . Methods:In our hospital nutrition risk in elderly patients compared with predetermined , nutritional support with and without clinical out-come in patients with .Results:No nutrition support group of infectious complications was significantly higher , nutrition discharge index was significantly lower .Significant differences (P 〈0.05).Conclusion:Nutrition support can reduce the hospitalization time , reduce the infectious complication probability .
