日粮添加硒对热应激泰和乌骨鸡生产性能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of dietary supplementation of selenium on growth performance of heat-stressed Taihe silky fowls

摘要 试验旨在研究日循环高温热应激对泰和乌骨鸡生产性能的影响及硒的调节作用。选用45日龄体重无显著差异的泰和乌骨鸡300只,随机分为5个处理组,每组4个重复,每个重复15只鸡。5组处理为饲喂基础日粮的常温对照组和4个热应激试验组,热应激组饲喂基础饲粮基础上分别添加0、0.30、0.50、0.70 mg/kg硒的日粮。热应激组温度实施24℃-37℃-24℃日循环变化,持续处理21 d。在试验的第7、14、21 d末8:00以重复为单位对鸡只进行称重,称剩料量,测定其生产性能。结果表明:在高温热应激条件下,热应激乌骨鸡日采食量显著或极显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),添加适量的硒可不同程度地提高乌骨鸡日采食量。高温热应激对热应激第1~7 d和第15~21 d乌骨鸡日增重无显著影响(P>0.05),但与热应激对照组相比,添加适量的硒显著或极显著提高热应激第8~14 d乌骨鸡日增重(P<0.05或P<0.01);日循环高温热应激显著或极显著提高热应激第1~14 d泰和乌骨鸡料重比(P<0.05或P<0.01),添加适量的硒显著或极显著降低乌骨鸡料重比(P<0.05或P<0.01);在热应激条件下,日粮添加硒对热应激第15~21 d乌骨鸡料重比影响不显著(P>0.05)。本试验结果提示,玉米-豆粕型基础日粮中添加硒可改善热应激条件下泰和乌骨鸡的生产性能,其适宜添加水平为0.5~0.7 mg/kg。 This study was conducted to determine the effect of dietary supplementation of selenium on growth performance of Taihe silky fowls subjected cyclic heat stress. A total of 300 Taihe silkies aged 45 d with no sig- nificance in average initial weight were randomly divided into 5 groups with 4 replicates of 15 birds each. The birds in heat-stressed groups were subjected to daily cyclic high temperature 24 %-37℃-24℃ lot 21 days. The birds were either kept at the thermoneutral temperature (24 %) and were fed corn-based basal di- et, or were exposed to heat tress and fed the basal diet supplemented with 0, 0.3, 0.5 and 0.7 mg/kg selenium (Se). The weights of birds, the remaining feed were recorded at the clay 7,14 and 21 of the trial period. The results showed that the daily l^ed intake of birds was significantly declvased (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) by continuous cy- clic heat stress. The daily feed intake was significantly increased or increased by Se supplementation (P〈0.05 or P〉0.05). Continuous cyclic heat stress had no significant effect on average daily gain (ADG) of Taihe silk- ies (P〉 0.05) on d 1 to d 7 and d 15 to d 21, the ADG was, howeve,', significantly increased by Se supplementa- tion (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) on d 8 to d 14: Continuous cyclic heat stress significantly reduced feed to gain ratio (F/G) ofTaihe silkies during d 1 to d 14 of the trial period (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ),the F/G was signifieantly decreased or decreased by Se supplementation (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). On d 15 to d 21, the F/G was decreased by Se stipplementation (P〉0.05). It is concluded that dietary sup- plementation of Se can improve growth performance of th he silky fowls exposed to cyclic heat stress, and e optimum Se supplemental level is 0.5-0.7 mg/kg.
