摘要
目的：建立骨伤跌打止痛胶囊中血竭素的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法，色谱柱为ShimadzuVP-ODSC18（250mm×4.6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-0.05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液（35∶65），检测波长为440nm，流速为1.0ml·min-1。柱温为30℃。结果：血竭素线性范围为0.047～0.234μg，r=0.9999，平均加样回收率为99.9%，RSD为1.5%。结论：本法操作简便、快速、准确可靠，专属性强，可作为骨伤跌打止痛胶囊的质量控制方法。
Objective： To establish a method to determine dracorhodin in Gushang Dieda Zhitong capsules by HPLC. Methods： An HPLC method was used for the determination of dracorhodin, a Shimadzu VP-ODS C18 column was used，and acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution（35∶65）was the mobile phase．The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1．The detection wavelength was at 440nm. Results：The linear range of dracorhodin was 0.047-0.234 μg（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery was 99.9% with RSD of 1.5%. Conclusion：The method is simple, rapid, accurate and specific. It can be used in the quality control of Gushang Dieda Zhitong capsules.
