摘要
随着越来越多的大学生热衷于使用"屌丝"自称,"屌丝心态"不可避免地对大学生的学习热情与工作意愿产生消极的影响,并加深了其就业焦虑感与就业失落感。如何消除屌丝心态对大学生就业心理的不良影响是大学生、高校与社会一个急需解决的问题。这不仅需要大学生客观地评价自己,通过锻炼提升个人能力,需要高校加强对大学生的职业指导与心理健康教育,最根本的是需要政府着力打破利益固化藩篱,创造公平竞争的就业环境,让大学生共享人生出彩的机会。
Nowadays, more and more college students claim themselves plebs and the plebeian mentality will inevitably weaken their enthusiasm and willingness to their future work and eventually enhance their feelings of loss and anxiety. Thus a timely countermeasure should be worked out to eliminate the bad impact of plebs mentality no matter for the students, the universities and the society. Therefore, the college students should evaluate themselves objectively and improve capacities through continuously long practices; the universities should offer more pertinent help for students＇ occupation guidance and psychological health; and the most fundamentals countermeasures are that government should try to break the profit-oriented barriers and create an employment environment with fair competition atmosphere which will offer every graduates opportunities to succeed.
