卵形疟原虫wallikeri亚种及其基因检测体系的研究进展 被引量:30

摘要 近年来的研究发现,以核糖体RNA小亚基(SSU rRNA)为标记基因的巢式PCR体系进行检测时,部分镜检卵形疟原虫阳性血样的结果呈阴性,主要原因是卵形疟原虫wallikeri亚种(Plasmodium ovale wallikeri)的存在。为此本文综述近20年来卵形疟原虫wallikeri亚种的发现和确认的过程,以及在该过程中,开发应用的各种检测卵形疟原虫的方法和体系,为疟疾诊断尤其是卵形疟诊断方面提供技术参考。 In recent years, some microscopy-positive RNA gene) ovale malaria cases were reported. This paper reviews and the detection systems for identification of P. ovale. but nest-PCR negative (based on small subunit ribosomal failure was due to the genetic variations between Plasom- the discovery and validation processes of P. ovale wallikeri and the detection systems for identification of P. ovale.
