BIS值与Ramsay评分监测右美托咪定在腰硬联合麻醉中镇静深度的相关性分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的：分析BIS值与Ramsay评分在评估腰硬联合麻醉中右美托咪定镇静深度的相关性,评估BIS值能否作为右美托咪定镇静的量化指标.方法：观察并记录30例采取腰硬联合麻醉手术患者的BIS值及Ramsay评分值,用Spearman等级相关对BIS值和RS镇静分级进行相关性分析.结果：BIS值与Ramsay评分值1～6分呈直线趋势,其相关系数为0.832（P＜0.01）.结论：BIS值与Ramsay评分相关性良好,BIS监测可用来评估腰硬联合麻醉辅以右美托咪定镇静的镇静深度.
