摘要
在分析张力装置力学原理的基础上,分别建立了张力的解析模型和非线性有限元模型,并将其计算结果与实验数据进行了对比验证。结果表明,两种方法与实验数据吻合度好,均可用于设定张力装置的张力模型,其中解析方法适合用于张力模型的在线控制,有限元法适合用于张力模型的离线修正。
Based on mechanical principle of tension device , analytical model and non-linear finite element model both are developed .The results educed from the two models are matched to the experimental data closely so as to both models could be applied in tension value setting .The application of analytical model would be inclined to on-line control and the finite element model to off-line modify .
