摘要
本文研究了Au-Ag-Pd—Pt-Cu合金系列低电阻材料,Au-Fe-V-Ni-Pd合金系列中和高电阻材料,这些材料在航空和导弹技术中得到很好的应用。用PdAuPtAgCu20-15-13-12合金。φ0.017mm丝材作绕组,选配 AuAgCu25-5合金作电刷,组装成导弹飞行姿态传感器,经过使用试验后传感器的线性度为0.2%。Au-Ag-Pd-Pt-Cu合金系列和Au-Fe-V-Ni-Pd合金系列具有如下的优点:1.具有范围很宽的电阻率,改变合金成分可得到0.2~1.8μΩ·m的各种要求的电阻率;2.高的拉伸强度,在电阻率为0.2~1.8μΩ·m的各种合金的拉伸强度为1078~1274MPa;3.好的抗氧化和抗腐蚀性能;4.很好的耐磨性能,做成电位计元件,经过5×10~5循环试验具有很低的噪音值;5.具有较低的电阻温度系数,最低的电阻温度系数接近20×10^(-6)·℃^(-1)。上述合金是用于航空航天和航海技术位移传感器、电位器、滑环、电刷和电接触器的极好材料。
The low resistance materials of Au- Ag-Pd-Pt-Cu alloy system and the high re- sistance materials of Au-Fe-V-Ni-Pd alloy system used in the aeronautical and missile technique.The linearity of trans- ducer in flight attitude transducer of guided missile made up of a wire-wind- ing of alloy PdAuPtAgCu 20-15-13-12 with wire diameter of 0.017mm anda bruch of alloy AuAgCu 25-5 with wire diameter of 0.2ram after application test was 0.2%. The low electrical resistance alloy of Au -Ag-Pd-Pt-Cu system possess excellent comprehensive properties with the highest tensile strength,the lowest temperature coefficient of resistance and the best year resistance.They are the optimal material for potentiometer displacement measuring transducer in aeromautical, astronautical and nautical technique.
