摘要
基于王行庄煤矿突水现状,分析突水原因,应用探水钻超前探测断层位置,并对动水压力进行测定,采用高强度微膨胀新型注浆材料进行注浆堵水,通过堵水率及钻孔取芯检测注浆效果,结果表明:断层为含水层L1-4导水带,动水压力达到1.3MPa,使用高强度微膨胀注浆材料进行动水注浆,堵水率达到100%。通过钻孔取芯发现注浆材料粘结性较好,岩芯单轴抗压强度达到40MPa,该材料能够很好的适应动压注浆施工,阻断断层导水带,保证了开切眼安全施工。
Based on the water inrush status in Wanghangzhuang Mine, the causes of the water inrush were analyzed. The water detection drilling was applied to detect the locations of the fault and the dynamic water pressure was measured. New high strength and micro expansion grouting material was applied to the grouting and water sealing. The grouting effect was detected with the water sealing rate and borehole coring. The above showed that the fault was the L1-4 water flowing zone of the fault and the dynamic water pressure was up to 1. 3MPa. The high strength and micro expansion grouting material was applied to the flowing water grouting and the water sealing rate was up to 100%. The borehole coring showed that the grouting material could be well combined with the rock and the adhesivity was good. The uniaxial compressive strength of the core could be 40MPa. The grouting material could be well suitable to the dynamic water grouting construction. With the dynamic water grouting, the water flowing zone of the fault was well isolated and the safety construction of the open - off cut was ensured.
