摘要
分析校企合作、工学结合人才培养模式所具有的特点,针对目前所存在的问题,提出了建立多方参与多级管理机构、构建共赢共享的信息交流平台、构建校企合璧的教育集团等改革高职教育人才培养模式创新机制的建议。
The paper analyses the characteristics of school -enterprise cooperation and work inte- grated learning mode for the cultivation of talents in higher vocational education. Then it points out problems in the training mode and brings forth the suggestion that a multi -leveled and multi -si- ded management agency be established, an information exchange platform based on share and benefit and an education group with the combination of school and enterprise be constructed.
