摘要
[目的]了解乌鲁木齐市三级甲等医院护士心理资本现状.[方法]采用护士心理资本问卷对1 345名护士进行调查.[结果]护士心理资本评分为(3.61±177;0.49)分;4个维度评分由高到低排序为自我效能维度(3.84±0.51)分、希望维度(3.62±0.53)分、韧性维度(3.58±177;0.46)分、乐观维度(3.42±0.45)分;不同民族护士自我效能、希望、韧性维度评分及均分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);工作6年~10年的护士心理资本评分最低.[结论]护士心理资本处于中等偏上水平,建议针对不同特征护士进行培训,提高护士心理资本水平.
Objective:To know about the status quo of nurses' psycholog ical capital in three grade A hospitals in Urumqi city. Methods:A to tal of 1 345 nurses were investigated by using nurses' psychological capital questionnaire. Resuhs:Nurses' psychological capital score was (3.61±0.49) ;four dimensions rated in descending order were self-effica- cy score (3.84±0.51), hope score (3. 62± 0. 53), tenacity score (3. 58 ± 0. 46) and optimism score (3. 42±0. 45);there was statistically significant difference in self - efflcacy score, hope score, tenacity score and average score of nurses among different ethnic groups (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) ; psychological capital score of nurses working for 6 to 10 years was the lowest. Conclusion. Nurses~ psychological capital is in the above middle level. It suggests that training aiming at different characteristics of nurses should be carried out to improve nurses' psychological capital.
