摘要
目的 :观察芹灵颗粒 (原芹灵冲剂 )对慢性乙型肝炎患者的临床治疗效果。方法 :将 135例慢性乙型肝炎患者 ,分为芹灵颗粒治疗组 90例 ;齐敦果酸片对照组 45例 ,两组病例治疗前肝功能均不正常 ,HBsAg、HBeAg和抗 -HBc均为阳性 ,症状体征均明显。治疗组芹灵冲剂 1～ 2袋 (相当生药 10g/袋 ) ,po ,tid ,30d为 1疗程 ,2～ 3个疗程。对照组齐敦果酸片 40mg ,po ,tid ,疗程同治疗组。两组患者均于治疗 2周复查肝功能和每疗程结束后检测乙肝病毒标志物一次。结果 :治疗组 90例慢性乙型肝炎经芹灵颗粒治疗后 ,基本治愈 19例 (2 1% ) ,有效 6 4例 (71% ) ,无效 7例 (8% ) ,总有效率为 92 .0 %。降酶和退黄率分别为 88%和 83% ,HBsAg、HBeAg和抗 -HBc转阴率分别为 2 1%、5 3%和 34 %。对照组 45例经齐敦果酸片治疗后 ,基本治愈 6例(13% ) ,有效 31例 (6 9% ) ,无效 8例 (18% ) ,总有效率为 82 .0 %。结论 :芹灵颗粒具有改善慢性乙型肝炎患者的症状和体征、降低血中总胆红素和谷丙转氨酶的水平 ,对乙肝病毒标志物有一定转阴作用 ,临床疗效确切。
Aim To study the therapeutic effects of qinling keli on chronic hepatitis B.Methods Chronic hepatitis B patiens(N=90) were treated with qinling keli for 2～3 months.The liver function tests and serum HBsAg,HBeAg and anti-HBc of all cases were all abnormal before the treatment,with anorexia and general malaise.In therapeutic group,qinling keli 1～2 bags were given orally,three times a day for 1 month a course,usually for 2 to 3 courses.The liver function tests and serum HBsAg,HBeAg and anti-HBc were repeated after treatment.In control group,40mg Qidun Gosuan tablets,were given orally,three times a day for 1 month in therapeutic group.Results In therapeutic group: after 2～3 months treatment with qinling keli very effective results were obtained in 19 patients,improvement in 64 and ineffective in 7,with a total efficacy rate of 92%.The reduce ALT and bilirubin normalization rate were 88% and 83% after treatment,and negative rates of HBsAg,HBeAg and anti-HBc were 21%,53.3% and 34.4% in all patients respectively.The toxic and side effects were not found during administration.In control group:total efficacy rate of 82%.Conclusion QinLing keli can improved the symptom and physical sign,reduced ALT and normalize bilirubin. It may turned negative of HBsAg,HBeAg and anti-HBc.It is a safe and effective drug for chronic hepatitis B.
