摘要
目的观察头痛宁胶囊联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法选取2011年6月—2013年1月我院收治的偏头痛患者120例,按照就诊顺序将其分为头痛宁胶囊组、尼莫地平组和联合治疗组,各40例。在治疗前、治疗第2周末及治疗第4周末,以头痛影响测定-6(HIT-6)问卷评分评价治疗效果。结果治疗前3组HIT-6评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第2、4周末,3组HIT-6评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中尼莫地平组HIT-6评分高于头痛宁胶囊组、头痛宁胶囊组HIT-6评分高于联合治疗组(P<0.05)。各组在治疗过程中均未出现明显的不良反应。结论头痛宁胶囊联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛效果优于单独治疗,且安全可靠。
Objective To observe the effect of toutongning capsule combined with nimodipine on migraine, Methods 120 patients with migraine admitted to our hospital from June 2011 to January 2013 were divided into groups toutongning capsule, nimodipine and combination therapy according to treatment order, each of 40 cases. The HIT -6 questionnaire was assessed in 3 groups before and 2, 4 weeks after treatment. Results Before treatment, there was no significantly differences in HIT -6 score in 3 groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . The HIT - 6 score showed statistically significantly differences at 2, 4 weeks after treatment in 3 groups （ P 〈0. 05）, thereinto HIT -6 score in nimodipine group was higher than that of toutongning capsule group, toutongning capsule group was higher than that of combination therapy group （ P 〈 0. 05） . There was no obvious adverse reactions in each group. Conclusion The effect of toutongning capsule combined with nimodipine in treating patients with migraine is better than alone.
