摘要
以406名在职员工为被试,研究了人力资源实践知觉对员工生活满意度的影响,并探讨了工作-家庭促进的中介作用。结果表明,衡量人力资源实践知觉的人力资源图式与生活满意度存在显著相关性。其中,人力资源图式的显著性和可控性是生活满意度的重要预测变量。此外,人力资源图式可以通过提高员工的工作-家庭促进水平来影响员工的生活满意度。
The effect of HRM practices on life satisfaction and the mediation role of work-family facilitation are explored a- mong 406 workers. The results indicate that all five elements of HRM schema, which is the measurement of HRM practices, are positively correlated with life satisfaction. Especially, the factor of significance and controllability are key antecedent var- iables to life satisfaction. In addition, HRM schema can influence employees' life satisfaction by promoting their work-family facilitation level.
