摘要
为了提高釉面硬度,研究了Li2O部分取代R2O-RO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2-ZrO2系无铅熔块釉中的Na2O、K2O对釉的釉面硬度、透明度及析晶程度的影响。运用硬度分析仪、XRD、SEM测试手段对试样进行性能测试和表征。结果表明:在一定范围内,Li2O替代Na2O和K2O有助于提高釉面的硬度、降低烧成温度,当Li2O的含量为3.19%,Na2O为0.54%,K2O为3.67%,釉烧温度为1180℃时釉面性能最优,无色透明,析出柱状ZrSiO4晶体,维氏硬度达到6120 MPa。
In order to improve the surface hardness of glaze, the effect of the Li20 partly substituted Na20 and K20 on surface hardness, transparency and crystallization of R2O-RO-A1203-B203-SiO2 lead-free fritted glaze were studied. The structure and hardness properties were investigated by hardness tester, XRD and SEM. The results shows that Li20 partly substituted Na20 and K2O within a given range contribute to enhance the hardness and lower the sintering temperature of the lead-free fritted glaze. When the addition amount of Li20 is 3.19%, Na20 is 0.54%, K2O is 3.67%, the glaze sintered at 1180℃ crystallizes out long columnar ZrSiO4 and Vickers hardness reaches to 6120 MPa, and the glaze performance is optimal.
