摘要
目前的茶叶烘干机主要结构定型已经多年,但技术方面的改进有限,有关研究也不多。为改进茶叶烘干机,文章简述茶叶烘干机的分类和原理及优缺点,着重阐述中国主要定型产品6CH系列茶叶烘干机的技术现状和技术进展,发现其问题主要是能源消耗大,自动化程度低,多年来能耗标准未变等,这将是茶叶烘干机技术改进的主要研究方向。
Now the main structure of tea dryer has been completed to finalize the design for many years, but the improvement of the technical aspects is limited, and the relative research is few. For improving the tea dryer, Four aspects of the 6CH tea dryers were introduced for the classifications,, principle, advantages and disadvantages,. The main problems of 6CH series were high energy consumption, low degree of automation, Energy consumption standards long- time unchanged,and it should be the main direction of improvement of tea dryer.
