摘要
针对高等工程教育创新人才培养中存在的问题,本文从属性、结构、过程、环境四个层次构建了对人的创新性及其培养的认知;以此认知为基础,从背景、内涵、实施和效果评价四个维度阐述了沈阳航空航天大学"兴趣引导、平台支撑与项目牵引"的创新人才培养模式,得出多层次创新人才培养的基本规律;通过与CDIO模式比较,总结出沈航模式的主要特征。
Based on the problems that exist in cultivating innovative talents in higher engineering education, this paper constructs the cognition structure of Human＇s innovation and relevant cultivation in terms of property structure, process and environment. Furthermore, it explains the cultivation mode of innovative talents in Shenyang Aerospace University, （i. e. Interest Guiding, Platform Supporting, and Project Pulling mode） from four dimensions, background, connotation, implementation and effect evaluation. This paper concludes the basic rules of cultivating multi-level innovative talents and summarizes the main features of Shen Hang mode through the comparison with the CDIO mode.
