摘要
为解决某车型行李舱门开启时弹力过大问题,探究改变行李舱门开启时弹力的方法,文章以鹅颈式铰链加扭杆弹簧的布置形式为研究对象,对行李舱门在各个开启状态时的受力情况加以分析。通过将行李舱门铰链摆臂安装孔位置上移(与原孔孔心距10 mm)和将扭杆弹簧固定端与活动端之间的初始角度由35°减小为30°,使行李舱门满足各个开启状态时的最佳受力情况,为今后的扭杆弹簧以及行李舱门铰链的设计提供了参考。
The purpose of this paper is to study the method which can vary the elasticity to solve the problem of excessive elasticity when opening the luggage-compartment door. In this paper, taking hinged torsion bar spring as the object to study, the spring force distribution in different opening modes was analyzed. The optimum force distribution in various opening modes was achieved when moving up the installation position of hinged rocker arm (distance from the original pitch of holes is up 10 mm) and the original angle between the fixed end and movable end in torsion bar spring was reduced from 35°to 30°. It will provide some reference in designing torsion bar spring and hinge of luggage-compartment door in the future.
