静电纺丝技术及其在抗肿瘤领域的研究进展

摘要 化疗在肿瘤治疗领域具有重要地位,传统化疗是指通过口服或静脉等全身给药的方式作用于肿瘤原发灶、转移灶或亚临床转移灶,从而根治肿瘤或延缓肿瘤进展,但不良反应限制了其发展.如何增强化疗疗效同时降低不良反应,这需要降低全身化疗药物浓度的同时提高病灶局部浓度并延长药物作用时间.静电纺丝法制备载药纤维构建的给药系统(DDS)因其包封率高、稳定性好、控释给药以及可实现局部给药的特点有望解决这一世界难题,已成为当前抗肿瘤领域研究的热点.现就静电纺丝技术的基本原理、最新技术及其在体内外抗肿瘤研究中的进展作一综述.关键词:静电纺丝;给药系统;抗肿瘤分类号:R944.9;R730.53
