摘要
目的探讨醒脑静注射液所致不良反应(adverse drug reaction,ADR)的特点和规律,分析诱发因素,促进临床合理用药。方法对我院2007—2012年自发上报的醒脑静注射液不良反应35例报告进行统计、分析。结果醒脑静注射液的不良反应发生的年龄集中在10岁以下儿童,男性多于女性;系统损害主要为皮肤及呼吸系统损害;有既往过敏史的患者应用该药发生不良反应的可能性大,不良反应主要在用药30 min内出现。结论醒脑静注射液所致不良反应在年龄、ADR发生时间、临床表现上具有一定特点和规律,应严格掌握适应证,加强儿童用药过程中的监测。
Objective To study the features and patterns of adverse drug reaction （ ADR） induced by Xingnaojing injection and an-alyze the causes to provide reference for rational use of drugs .Methods 35 ADR cases induced by Xingnaojing injection occurred in our hospital from year 2007 to 2012 were analyzed statistically .Results Main crowd of Xingnaojing injection inducing ADR were chil-dren aged under ten years and male was more .Main clinical manifestations of Xingnaojing injection inducing ADR were the disorders of skin and respiratory system damage .The patients with a history of allergy have more possibilities for the drug adverse reactions , and ADR mostly occurred within 30 minutes.Conclusion There are certain characteristics and rules in age ,occurrence time and clinical manifestation of adverse drug reaction （ ADR） induced by Xingnaojing injection .we should grasp the indications strictly ,and strengthen monitoring of children＆#39;s medication .
