两种方法治疗老年人股骨颈骨折疗效比较

摘要 股骨颈骨折常发生于50～70岁的老年人，因为老年人骨质疏松，股骨颈脆弱，轻微跌倒即可引起骨折，而且由于该部位血运较差，易影响骨折愈合或并发股骨头缺血性坏死、创伤性关节炎等，会严重影响老年人生活质量。临床上治疗股骨颈骨折根据骨折类型可以采取不同治疗方法。我们目前主要采用人工股骨头置换术和全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折患者，现将两者的临床治疗情况作一比较观察，报道如下。
