摘要
云创新是继开放式创新之后出现的一种新型创新模式。对云创新模式内涵进行理论分析,并构建了云创新模式的两类具体实践方式———自主型云创新模型与中介型云创新模型。通过对苹果公司云创新实践的案例分析,从创新模式视角探讨了苹果公司成功的根源。研究表明,运用云创新模式,创新主体能够更广泛地利用外部资源,突破自身创新资源不足的束缚,取得在开放式创新等传统创新模式下难以实现的创新绩效。
Cloud innovation is the newest innovation management model in the information times. This paper reviews the in- tension of cloud innovation at first and constructs the model of the independent cloud innovation and mediate cloud innova- tion. Based on the caseof APPLE company,the paper analysis the origin of its success from innovation model perspective, and display the advantage of cloud innovation. Result shows that innovation subject can make use of external resource to the utmost extent and achieve the better performance. Because the weak capability of independent innovation,cloud inno- vation is of great significance to Chinese companies.
