摘要
以青海野生中国沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.sinensis)的盆栽苗为材料,研究了不同程度干旱胁迫处理对叶片生理指标以及保护酶活性的影响。结果表明,随着干旱胁迫程度的加剧,青海野生中国沙棘叶片的相对含水量呈逐渐降低的趋势,而膜透性和丙二醛(MDA)含量则呈逐渐上升的趋势,但膜透性从对照到轻度胁迫和从轻度胁迫到中度胁迫分别仅增加了2.687和2.695个百分点;多重比较结果显示,轻度胁迫和中度胁迫下青海野生中国沙棘的叶片相对含水量以及MDA含量差异不显著;干旱胁迫下青海野生中国沙棘叶片的过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性随着胁迫程度的加剧呈上升的趋势,而过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均表现为先增加后降低的趋势。干旱胁迫下青海野生中国沙棘通过3种保护酶的协同调节,迅速对干旱胁迫做出生理响应,以维持细胞的相对含水量和膜结构的稳定,说明干旱胁迫下青海野生中国沙棘具有很强的抗旱保水能力。
In order to investigate the adaptability of wild Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.sinensis in Qinghai province to drought stress,physiological index and protective enzyme under drought stress were studied.Results showed that with the increasing intensity of water stress,the relative water content decreased,but MDA and membrane conductivity increased.From the contrast to mild stress and from mild stress to moderate stress,the membrane conductivity only increased 2.687 and 2.695 percent,respectively.Multiple comparisons showed that there were no significant difference between mild and moderate stress.CAT activity of wild Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.sinensis increased gradually with the intensified water stress.SOD and POD activity under drought stress increased at first and then decreased.It is indicated that wild Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.sinensis can rapidly response to maintain cell membrane stability and keep formal physiological action through protective enzyme regulation when they are under drought stress,suggesing that wild Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.sinensis in Qinghai province has high capacity of drought resistance.
