摘要 幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染导致胃癌的重要原因之一是它的细胞毒作用。细胞毒素相关基因致病岛(cytotoxin-associated gene pathogenicity island,cagPAI)和空泡毒素A(vacuolatingcytotoxin A,vacA)是Hp最典型的细胞毒代表。cagPAI可诱发促炎因子的释放及增强促上皮细胞增殖信号的兴奋程度;vacA则导致上皮空泡化和病原体黏附。明确cagPAI和vacA在胃癌发生发展过程中的作用,将有利于全面理解Hp感染对机体造成的危害以及根治Hp感染的重要意义。 The cytotoxin of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) plays an important role in the initiation and development of gastric cancer. Both the cytotoxin-associated gene pathogenicity island(CagPAI) and the vacuolating cytotoxin A(vacA) are the most typical viru-lence factors in Hp. CagPAI which may induce the release of pro-inflammatory factors overly promote epithelial cell' s prolifer- ation and mobility, even show a hummingbird phenotype. Cag-PAI is also related to the abnormal mitosis and the destructure of apical junctional complex. While vacA seriously damages human gastric epithelial cells by vacuolization mechanism. Clarifying theeffect of the above virulence factors is required for understanding the pathogenesis of Hp-related gastric cancer. Here we will, based on the knowledge of the molecular structure, biochemical properties, signaling pathway and biological genetic in the bacte-ria and the host, give a brief elaboration of the Hp cytotoxin re- lated gastric cancer.
