摘要
种植密度、土壤物理性状、光照强度、肥料种类、采摘方式等因子对茶叶品质构成因素的调控作用研究结果表明 :三种密度比较 ,以中密度茶叶品质最好 ;土壤物理性状越好 ,则茶叶品质也越佳 ;在一定范围内 ,随着光照强度下降 ,而茶叶品质则提高 ;有机肥对绿茶品质有升有降 ,但长期来看有提高作用 ,对红茶品质极为有利。
Effect of the planting density, physical properties of soil, illumination intensity, Kind of fertilizer and picking way on the quality of tea were studied. The results showed as follows. The quality of the tea for the middle rank density is the best among three different density. The quality is increased with the decrease of illumination intensity during some range. The organic fertilizer has high or low effeciency for green tea, but very advantageous for black tea.
