冠状动脉慢性闭塞介入再通治疗及其对改善心功能和远期预后的疗效 被引量：2

摘要 心肌缺血和坏死导致左心室收缩功能受损．是否出现心力衰竭与缺血和梗死的面积密切相关。早在20世纪80年代就有研究发现，急性心肌梗死时早期溶栓可以使40％。70％的冠状动脉开通，从而挽救濒临坏死的心肌．由此奠定了冠状动脉闭塞和再通的理论基础^[1-2]。然而，超过最佳再通时间梗死动脉仍然闭塞的患者，
