摘要
目的：评价不同药物方案治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎的药物经济学。方法选择2012年12月～2013年5月于我院治疗的100例儿童过敏性鼻炎患者，根据治疗情况分为A、B、C三组。比较三种药物的治疗效果和所用的经济费用。采用最小成本法评价药物经济。结果 C组患者的治疗效果明显优于其他两组患者（P＜0.05）。但对于经济价格来说A组治疗所需要的费用较其他两组低（P＜0.05）。结论从经济药物学角度来讲，氯雷他定和糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂的治疗更有优势。但从治疗效果来说三者联合用药更有利于患者康复。
Objective To evaluate the pharmacoeconomics of different drugs scheme in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children. Methods 100 children with allergic rhinitis from December 2012 to May 2013 in our hospital were chosen, who were divided into the A,B,C three groups according to the treatment conditions. The treatment effect and economic cost of the three drugs were compared, and the pharmacoeconomics was evaluated by using the minimum cost method. Results The treatment effect of patients in the group C was significantly better than that in the other two groups（P＆lt;0.05）.But the cost of treatment in the group A was lower than that in the other two groups（P＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion On the economic pharmacology grounds, loratadine and mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray treatment has more advantages. But from the therapeutic effect of patients, the combination of the three drugs is more conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
