摘要
目的 探讨正常青年女性面侧部软组织比例特征,建立符合侧貌美青年女性面侧部比例均值及各比例之间关系,为美学、整形外科学等领域手术治疗的制定提供参考依据.方法 选择65例2010-2012级在校女学生,采用FreeHand MX软件对其侧面部软组织比例进行测量分析.结果 反映面侧形态比例的∠α、∠β在NoESR、E、ES、ESR各组间方差比较,差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）;∠γ在NoESR与E组间方差比较,差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）,而在NoESR、ES、ESR组间方差比较,差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）;反映鼻唇颏协调性的∠Z在NoESR与E、ES、ESR组间方差比较,差异具有显著的统计学意义（P =0）,在E与ESR及ES组间方差比较,差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）.结论 ①面侧软组织形态比例变化在正常青年女性中多集中在面下1/3;②符合ESR标准的青年女性面侧比例协调,且∠α与∠β、∠γ存在着相关性,鼻唇颏三者关系协调,发缘点、软组织鼻尖点、软组织颏前点到耳屏中心距离相等.
Objective To study aesthetic qualities of facial profile proportion in normal young iemales, estab- lish the proportional mean of facial profile which accorded with beautiful young fenmles and relationship among all the facial profile proportions to provide references for the surgical treatment in the field of aesthetics and plastic sur- gery. Methods Sixty-five female students aged 20 to 22 years old in Grade 2010 -2012 were selected randomly and their proportions of facial profile were measured by the FreeHand MX software and the results were analyzed. Results The L∠α and ∠ β ,which reflected the facial profile proportion were no difference （ P 〉 0. 05） between NoESR and E, ES, ESR; The differences in the NoESR and E, ES, ESR was no statistical significance（P〉0.05） ;The /Z, which reflected the concordant and nose, lip and cheek, was significant difference between NoESR and E, ES, ESR （P=O） and the differences among E, ES and ESR was statistical significance （ P〈O. 05）. Conclusion ① The change of soft tissue proportion of facial profile was more concentrated in the inferior 1/3 facial in normal young fe- males ; ② The facial profile proportion of young females with ESR standard was harmonious, and there was a correla- tion among L∠α , ∠ β and ∠γ; The relation of nose, lips and chin was coordination with equal distance from tri- chion, pronasalc and pogonion to the tragus center.
