摘要
目的分析社区50岁及以上健康体检者血清中各项指标的临床意义和健康情况,提出合理的健康建议。方法采用日立7170型全自动生化分析仪检查该社区14 116例50岁以上体检者血清各项指标,并进行统计分析。结果 70岁以上老人AST/ALT值在1.20～2.26范围,预示其肝脏存在一定程度的坏死情况;50～岁年龄组血糖、血脂均值都高于其他组别;10.55%的体检者患有高血尿酸症。结论该社区50岁及以上健康体检者存在一定比例的肝功能减退、血糖及血脂异常和高血尿酸症,需要改善膳食结构,加强体育锻炼,定期检测各项健康指标,建立个人的健康数据库。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the serum biochemical indices of people aged 50 and older in some community of Shanghai clinical significances, provided reasonable suggestions for them. METHODS Researched 14 116 residents aged 50 and older. The serum biochemical indices were tested by Hitachi 7 170 automatic biochemical analyzer. And the results were statically analyzed. RESULTS The AST/ALT ratio of people aged 70 and more were included among 1.2~2.26, indicating liver ceils existed damage in a certain extent. The mean of blood glucose and blood lipid in people age group beyond 50 was higher then the other group. 10.55% of people got hyperuricaemia. CONCLUSION People aged 50 and older in this community were facing some part of recession in liver＇s organ function, blood glucose and lipid abnormality and hyperuricaemia. A reasonable diet, actively participating in physical exercise, having an physical examination timely and establishing electronic health files were needed.
