摘要
饲料原料短缺是制约我国饲料工业发展中最大因素。但可作饲料原料的非谷物饲料资源却又很少或没有被开发利用,白白被浪费掉,还污染了环境。随着生物技术的发展,饲用酶制剂和微生物制剂的产量得到了快速增长,饲料资源的质量也有了显著提高。文章综述了我国非谷物饲料资源的应用状况、限制其利用的原因、酶制剂的优点及存在的问题及展望。
Feedstuff shortage is the biggest constraint in the development of feed industry in our country. How- ever, a lot of raw material is wasted and polluted the environment at the same time. With the development of the biotechnology, the production of enzyme preparation and microbial agents got rapid growth with high quality. This paper reviewed the application status of the grain feed resources, the advantages and expectation of the enzyme preparation.
