摘要
目的 探讨肺癌组织中高迁移率族蛋白-1(HMGB-1)、VEGF和MMP-9与微血管生成的相关性.方法 选择肺癌患者标本80例为研究对象,癌组织作为观察组,癌旁正常肺组织作为对照组,采用免疫组化染色测定组织中HMGB-1、VEGF、MMP-9和MVD的表达情况.结果 观察组肺组织HMGB-1、VEGF和MMP-9的表达均明显高于对照组(χ^2=6.27、5.93、5.16,均P<0.05).观察组MVD值为(76.27±19.24)个,对照组为(24.67±6.14)个,两组差异有统计学意义(t=6.764,P<0.01).HMGB-1、VEGF和MMP-9均与MVD呈正相关关系(r=0.430、0.506、0.597,均P<0.05).结论 肺癌组织中HMGB-1、VEGF和MMP-9与微血管生成有密切关系.
Objective To study the correlation of high mobility group box-1 ( HMGB-1 ), vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF ) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 ( MMP-9 ) with angiogenesis in lung cancer tissue. Methods The lung tissues of 80 cases with non-small cell lung cancer were selected. The cancerous tissues were enrolled into the observation group, and adjacent tissues were selected as the control group. HMGB-1, VEGF, MMP-9 and MVD expression were determined by immunohistochemical staining. Results The expressions of HMGB-1, VEGF and MMP-9 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( ~2 = 6.27,5.93,5.16, all P 〈 0.05 ). MVD value of the observation group was (76.27 + 19.24 ), that of the control group was (24.67 + 6. 14) ,there was significant difference between the two groups (t = 6. 764, P 〈 0.01 ). HMGB-1, VEGF and MMP-9 were positively correlated with MVD ( r = 0. 430,0. 506,0. 597, all P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion In lung cancer tissue, HMGB-1, VEGF and MMP-9 were closely related with angiogenesis.
