摘要
在FeCrBC合金系粉芯丝材中添加一定的氟化钙,采用电弧喷涂方法在铝合金基体表面制备含氟化钙铁基涂层。通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜和高温摩擦磨损试验分析了氟化钙含量对涂层组织及磨损性能的影响。研究表明:电弧喷涂层中的氟化钙多以层片状形式分布。当粉芯丝材中氟化钙质量分数由0%增加到10%时,涂层摩擦系数及磨损量减小,并且添加氟化钙的涂层磨损后表面形貌光滑平整。
Fe-based coatings with CaF2 were deposited on aluminum alloy substrate by arc spraying using spray materials of Fe-Cr-B-C alloy cored wire added to an amount of CaF2. The effect of CaF2 content on microstructure and wear performance of the coatings was examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and high temperature frictional wear test. The results show that the CaF2 layer formed distributed in the arc spray coatings. When the CaF2 content increased from 0% to 10% , the friction coefficient and wear mass loss of the coatings is reduced, and surface of the Fe-based coatings with CaF2 is smooth after wear test.
