不同柑橘品种对黄龙病的抗性鉴定 被引量:24

摘要 为了能筛选到对柑橘黄龙病具有高感和高抗的不同柑橘品种,为后续的柑橘与黄龙病菌亲和性互作和非亲和性互作研究作准备,选择了椪柑、琯溪蜜柚和晚熟温州蜜柑3个柑橘品种,用筛选到的柑橘黄龙病毒源树作接穗对其进行芽接,定期观察嫁接植株的症状表现,并用PCR方法检测植株体内是否含有黄龙病菌,结果发现,椪柑在嫁接3个月后叶片呈现斑驳黄化症状,在病叶中可检测到黄龙病菌,8个月后树叶全部脱落直至死亡;琯溪蜜柚在嫁接4个月后仅在嫩叶上呈现轻微褪绿症状,其体内也可检测到黄龙病菌,8个月后植株仍能抽梢生长;晚熟温州蜜柑在嫁接8个月后,植株仍表现正常状态,同时体内也未检测到黄龙病菌。结果表明,椪柑对柑橘黄龙病表现高度感染,晚熟温州蜜柑表现高抗,而琯溪蜜柚则有一定程度的耐病性。 In order to find out which citrus cultivar is highly susceptible /resistant to citrus huanglongbing ( HLB) ,and then to use them for the research of compatible/incompatible interaction between citrus and Can-didatus liberibacter asiaticus ( CLas) ,this study tested the HLB resistance of three citrus cultivars of Citrus re-ticulata Blanco cv.ponkan,Citrus grandis ( L.) Osbeck cv.guanximiyou,and Citrus unshiu Marc.The experi-mental steps included:1.Screening out Citrus tree which carried CLas , but did not carry phytoplasma , Citrus tristeza virus,and other pathogens;2.Grafting above three cultivars using buds of the citrus tree;3.Observing symptom changes and detecting CLas of all the grafted trees at particular time .The results showed that in pon-kan mottle and yellow leaves appeared and CLas was detected three months after grafting ,and eight months af-ter grafting,all leaves fell and the tree died.As to guanximiyou,only slight mottle symptom appeared on young leaves and CLas was detected four months after grafting ,and eight months after grafting the tree still kept grow-ing normally.However,for Citrus unshiu Marc.,the plants still had normal appearance and CLas was detected eight months after grafting .Based on the experiment ,it was concluded that to HLB ,ponkan was highly suscepti-ble,Citrus unshiu Marc was highly resistant ,and guanximiyou had some extent of tolerance .
