摘要
【目的】研究间作毛叶苕子(Viciavillosa Roth)、紫花苜蓿(Medicagosativa L.)和清耕对沙地葡萄园土壤5种酶酶活性的空间影响。【方法】在沙地葡萄园中以地面清耕为对照,设置行间间作毛叶苕子、行间间作紫花苜蓿,测定分析不同土壤深度(0~60cm)土壤酶活性的空间差异。【结果】土壤纤维素酶活性21~40cm土层最大,其他4种酶活性均随土壤深度增加而降低。同一土层中土壤脲酶、碱性磷酸酶、蔗糖酶、纤维素酶活性均为生草处理显著高于对照.但过氧化氢酶表现为对照显著高于生草处理。行间土壤与株间土壤酶活性存在差异,但不同酶差异规律不同。【结论】土壤酶活性在垂直方向上存在差异;在水平方向上,行间生草能够显著提高沙地葡萄园土壤脲酶、碱性磷酸酶、蔗糖酶、纤维素酶的活性;初步认为行间生草对过氧化氢酶活性有抑制作用。
[Objective]The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of clean cultivation , intercropping vetch(Vicia villosa Roth) and alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) on the soil urease, alkaline phosphatase, invertase, eellulase and catalase activities at different depth of soil in sandy vine yard. [Method] The treatment included clean cuhivation(CK), intercropping vetch and intercropping alfalfa in rows, and the enzyme activities in different soil layers (0 to 20 cm ,21 to 40 cm,41 to 60 cm) were analyzed. [Result] The soil urease,alkaline phosphatase, invertase and catalase activities decreased with the soil depth in- crease, but the soil cellulase activity in 21 to 40 cm soil layer was higher than those in 0 to 20 cm and 41 to 60 cm. In the same soil layer, soil urease, alkaline phosphatase, invertase, cellulase activities of sob treatments were significant higher than those of clean cultivation, but soil catalase activities of sob culti- vation were significant lower than those of CK. There were some difference in activities of those enzymee between the in-row soil and the inter-row soil, and the difference depended on enzymes. [Conclusion]Sod cover increased enzyme activities except catalase compared with clean cultivation. It was also suggested that sob cover could restrain the soil catalase activity, but more information was needed to confirm that.
