急性冠脉综合征介入术后随访手册的应用观察被引量：3

摘要目的探讨经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后随访手册的应用及其对患者随访率、正规服药率等与疾病长期预后相关因素的影响。方法选取100例急性冠脉综合征(ACS)进行PCI治疗患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在出院当天发放PCI术后随访手册,评估两组患者术后1年在随访率、正规服药率、重要临床及化验指标监测、合理饮食、规律运动方面的差别。结果观察组患者出院后正规随访率、正规服药率、正规检测、合理饮食、规律运动等方面均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PCI术后随访手册的应用,可提高PCI术后患者自我管理能力、正规随访率、正规服药率、正规检测率、促进患者建立良好的生活方式,从而达到预防与减少PCI术后并发症的发生,改善患者的长期预后。
