摘要
目的:探讨周乐年教授治疗胃脘痛的用药经验。方法:本次研究依托于北京市科技计划项目——基于信息挖掘技术的名老中医临床诊疗经验研究,利用现代先进的计算机数据挖掘技术,采集周教授胃脘痛临床诊疗信息,进行用药规律特点探究。结果:采集周教授临床诊治胃脘痛病例共407诊次,总结其用药类别以补虚药、消食药、理气药居多,临证或加活血化瘀、化痰药等。结论:通过对周教授治疗胃脘痛的用药特色探究,予现代中医临床治疗脾胃科疾病的药物选用提供一定的参考价值。
Objective ： To explore the medication experience of Professor Zhou Lenian treatment of epiagstric pain. Methods ： The study rel- ying on the Beijing Science and Technology Plan Projects, based on famous old Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment expe- rience research of the information mining technology, and use of modem advanced computer data mining technology, collected the infor- mation of Professor Zhou treatment of epiagstric pain, and explored the medication law characteristics. Results ： Collection a total of 407 clinical times of Professor Zhou clinical diagnosis and treatment of epiagstric pain cases, summarization the medication category mainly were tonifying deficiency medicine, digestant drug and qi-regulating drug, or addition medicine for activating blood circulation and elimi- nating stasis and eliminating phlegm drugs, etc. in clinical.
