摘要
糖尿病性肾病是终末期肾脏疾病的主要诱因,目前仍没有很好的治疗方法。本文综述了炎症反应在糖尿病肾病发生与发展中的研究资料,对靶向炎症反应的实验方法及其治疗经验进行了总结;着重研究了肾脏炎症细胞的重要作用;并对免疫沉积以及最新发现的抗氧化低密度脂蛋白免疫复合物与糖尿病性肾病之间的联系进行了探究。简述了参与糖尿病性肾病发病过程的主要细胞因子。最后,介绍了糖尿病性肾病相关应激活化蛋白激酶的最新研究进展,从p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶到c-Jun氨基末端激酶细胞信号通路。这个研究提供了潜在的治疗策略。
Diabetic nephropathy is the leading cause of end-stage kidney disease worldwide,but current treatments remain suboptimal. This review examines the evidence for inflammation in the development and progression of diabetic nephropathy, and provides an update on recent novel experimental approaches targeting inflammation and the lessons have learned from these approaches. This study highlight the important role of inflammatory ceils in the kidney. The possible link between immune deposition and diabetic nephropathy is explored, along with the recently described im- mune complexes of anti-oxidized low-density lipoproteins. This study also briefly discuss some of the major inflamma- tory cytokines involved in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy. Lastly, this study present the latest data on the pathogenic role of the stress-activated protein kinases in diabetic nephropathy, from studies on the p38 mitogen acti- vated protein kinase and the c-Jun amino terminal treatment strategy kinase cell signaling pathways.
