摘要
为进一步规范部队铁路输送车辆装卸载的组织程序和实施方法,有效解决部队执勤出动人员混乱、装具无序、装载耗时等问题,指出了铁路输送车辆装卸载前需要准备的工作,探讨了铁路输送车辆装卸载的组织内容和实施步骤。
In order to standardize the organization procedures and measures for the implementation of vehicle loading and unloading of army railway transportation, work out the following problems, such as personnel on duty chaos, fittings disor- dered and loading time consuming, this paper points out the preparing work of vehicle unloading, explores a set of the or- ganization contents and implementation steps on vehicle loading and unloading by railway transport.
